Naperville, IL – Today, Bill Foster for Congress is pleased to announce the endorsement of the Painters District Council No. 14 (Joliet) and No. 30 (Aurora) for the March 17th, 2020 Primary Election. Both 11th District labor unions decided to support Congressman Foster because of his continued support of working families.
