Naperville, IL – Today, Bill Foster for Congress announced the endorsement of U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL). Bill Foster has represented the IL-11th district since 2013 and was formerly a scientist and businessman.
“I’m extremely grateful for the support of Senator Tammy Duckworth,” said Foster. “I know firsthand how dedicated she is to public service, and I’m proud that she represents the state of Illinois so well.”
Senator Duckworth emphasized the time she served with Bill in the House of Representatives and how his unique background is needed in the House.
“I served with Bill Foster in the House, and I know he’s dedicated to serving his constituents, making America a better place for working families, and standing up for science,” said Duckworth. “We need to keep his voice in Congress. I happily endorse him for re-election.”
Senator Duckworth’s endorsement adds to Bill Foster’s numerous national, state, and local endorsements.
